At Parisbelle, we strive to deliver premium quality fragrances and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

All purchases made on our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We only provide a replacement (not refund) under the following conditions:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

To be eligible:

You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

An unboxing video (mandatory) must be provided as proof

Product must be unused and in original packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. No Claims Accepted For

We do not accept any claims for:

Change of mind

Fragrance preference not matching expectations

Minor packaging defects or courier-related delays

Slight variations in scent perception or longevity

Opened or used products

(Fragrance products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.)

4. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing/shipping

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues, in which case a full refund will be issued (if prepaid)

5. Shipping Responsibility

Once marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer

We are not liable for lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation
