At Parisbelle, we strive to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly and securely. Please review our India-specific shipping guidelines below.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping across all major cities and towns in India.
If your delivery location is not available during checkout, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
2. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 business days
Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, courier availability, or unforeseen logistical delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available during special promotions or for orders above a specified value (as mentioned during checkout).
If a customer places an order (whether prepaid or PCOD) and later decides not to proceed with the purchase for any reason, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment amount or recovered accordingly during the return process.
Reason:
This policy applies to both prepaid and PCOD orders to ensure that logistical and operational costs incurred during shipping and returns are fairly covered, as these expenses are non-recoverable once the order has been dispatched.
5. Partial Cash on Delivery (PCOD)
Once a partial COD order has been placed, if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or requests a future delivery, the partial amount paid will not be refunded. If the customer later wishes to receive the product, they will be required to pay the applicable shipping charges again.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/ WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.
7. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
Natural calamities or severe weather
Courier service disruptions
Remote or restricted delivery areas
In such cases, our customer support team will keep you updated.
